25 Nov Kansas City Royals and HGT Prove to be Championship Combination
The Kansas City Royals took home their world championship since 1985 in November, winning the World Series in five games over the New York Mets. The Royals had superb field conditions throughout the year, showcasing rugged HGT Bluegrass in the outfield. HGT is also in play at two other Major League Baseball facilities in Busch Stadium in St. Louis and Comerica Park in Detroit. However, it looked good in decked in Royal blue in November. Congratulations to the Royals and Kauffman sports turf managers Trevor Vance, Evan Fowler and their crew.
